Hi Jennifer. I understand you are upset with ?John? who complained to ELI about the $15,000 extortion letter you apparently approved young Evan Andersen to send out.? You have the distinction of having one of the highest extortion letters we have ever seen for a single image. You get 5-ELI turd polishes for that.
Seeing as you make money selling to high-end clients such as those in the Buckhead area, I know you are accustomed to some high-paying commission checks.? But to the rest of us looking at the tiny $15,000 extortion letter, we have a name for you, it?s called ?copyright extortionist?. Now, before you get your thongs too far up into your shaven female parts and scream defamation, that term is being used as a colloquialism and rhetorical hyperbole. Are we clear on that?
And we call your lawyer a ?collection lawyer? NOT an IP lawyer because his main interest is in his 35%-40% of your take.? After all, it is much easier than making a living like most lawyers with an hourly billing.
May I also point out what the ?Streisand Effect? is?? It is the magnification process that occurs when you try to suppress information. Go Google it, you might learn something. With you being blonde and all, I will give you an extra 5 minutes to process it all.
In your case, it seems young Evan wants to file a lawsuit on your behalf against John. If you want to spend the $350, it is your money.? I don?t know what Evan will charge you to prepare the papers or what the service fees might be but that is something to consider.

See how much fun you will have in front of a judge when you and Evan stand in front of judge with a straight face trying to get more than $5,000 for the photo of a building anyone could have taken.
I bet the AJC, Atlanta Business Journal, and the local TV station would all love to hear from you again about how you reformed your ways and how the ?anti-kid? Realtor who made the press all over Atlanta 2-3 years ago is back again. This time you have the title of ?copyright extortionist? next to ?discriminatory real estate agent?.
Oh, and when the press looks for the Photo Attorney law firm to interview them, where will they find them?? At a PO Box! Because we all know how reputable law firms really hate using street addresses.? Great law firms such as Photo Attorney work in ?secret? offices such as their dining room, bedrooms, and spare bedrooms.
Jennifer, I want to introduce you to April Brown, Charity Auctioneer, leading the ?Beware Don?t Share? National Campaign.? Right now, she is talking about Linda Ellis of Dash Poem Extortion fame in her radio tour.? But your name can also be added right along with yours.? Wouldn?t that be great? You can get national exposure for when people visit the Buckhead area. I already told April about your wonderful past, the nice properties and beautiful website you have.? She wants to know about the real estate agent that Eric Holder, Attorney General, approved to file a housing discrimination lawsuit against. According to the lawsuit complaint, Eric Holder?s name is right there for everyone to see.
I know you want Evan want to make an example of John to teach him a lesson for sharing information with ELI. We feel that we would like to see how well April Brown and I can get the media to get interviews from us and talk about you and Evan with copyright extortions.? Have you heard any of April?s radio interviews? They are fabulous and entertaining.? Who knows, Jennifer, you might have the opportunity to get invited to a radio show about trying to get $15,000 from a web image. Wouldn?t that be so much fun?
Speaking of which, have your heard the current controversy over copyright registrations of compilations? If not, ask Evan about it because it is so clear cut it will go YOUR way, right? After all, you do work for Dorsey-Alston ?Atlanta?s First Family of Real Estate? and everything goes your way.
By the way, does Dorsey-Alston know about how and why you suddenly left Harry Norman Realtors? I know you told them you needed a change of pace.? That whole lawsuit thing was all Harry Norman Realtor?s fault, not yours.
On a side note, did you know that when an attorney and client work together, who has finally say on things?? The client.? That would be YOU!? So whatever Evan does to John, you get all the credit especially the lawsuit. Isn?t that neat because you hired Evan to do nice things on your behalf.? Win, lose , or draw, Jennifer YOU GET ALL THE CREDIT. We cannot wait to see it in PACER so it is all nice and official. The more vindictive threats Evan makes, the better it reflects on you!
Anyhow, I wanted to make sure you received proper attention from the ELI Community and their favorite cult leader, me. It isn?t often we come across extremely successful realtor/photographer/copyright extortionists.
